The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to the Land Code re reducing the cost of work on the preparation and conduct of land auctions”

The document reduces the limiting level of remuneration payment to an executor of a land auction and also suggests not oblige organizers to publish information about the land auction in mass media of national, regional and local spheres of distribution.

The respective bill was registered under the No. 3099.
